Core stability training is aimed at the body region of the core muscles and deep small muscle group. It plays a certain role to the human body dynamic posture, balance control, link force. With the continuous development of athletic sports, as a new means of physical training, core stability training is paid more and more attention, and gradually applied to sports training. Although volleyball is belonging to the net sports which dominated by sports skills, it still needs athletes to have the ability to maintain dynamic balance, link and transfer strength cohesion. Therefore, bring core stability training to volleyball players will be helpful for improving the special quality of movement.Purposes:This paper designed the core stability training methods and training program to middle school volleyball athletes, and examines the result of training.Methods:This paper uses the method of literature, mathematical statistics and experimental to study the effection of core stability training on volleyball athletes’ sports ability of Zhengzhou ninth Middle School. The author chooses18players who fit the experimental conditions and divided them into the experimental group and the control group. After8weeks’ experiment training, we test the special volleyball skills and core stability ability, and analysis the data of the same group and the two group.Results:1. After the experiment the special volleyball skills of the experimental group improved significantly more than the control group, and compared with the control group, the scores of the experimental group is very significant, but the run-up height scores improved insignificantly.2. The control group had no significant difference before and after the experiment.3. The special volleyball skills of the experimental group are significant difference than before besides the run-up height.Conclusion:1. Middle School Volleyball Athletes’core stability is significantly improved by8weeks of core stability training.2. The increase of core stability, contribute to enhance the quality of speed, the quality of sensitive and the strength quality.3. The increase of the core stability is helpless to the bounce quality, indicating that in the daily training, athletes should not only strengthen the core stability, but also pay attention to the limbs strength training, only to strengthen the athlete’s overall physical fitness can make the sports skills improved.
