At present,campus volleyball in China has an unprecedented increase in popularity.Large numbers of traditional volleyball characteristic schools appear in the country and different levels of youth volleyball matches will be held regularly in different places all around China,which provides a broad platform for China volleyball reserve talents cultivation.As an important base for China volleyball reserve talents cultivation,campus volleyball will effectively help students improve the level of physical fitness and volleyball skills and tactics,which is conducive to the construction of volleyball echelon and the vigorous development of volleyball cause.After the introduction of "Plyometric training" into the field of sports training in China,sports training experts began to deepen their understanding of it.After years of research and exploration,they believed that the fast stretching compound training method had a significant effect on the improvement of the explosive force of lower limbs,but the relevant researches targeted on teenagers'specialized jumping ability were relatively fewer.Based on the research methods of literature research,expert interview,experiment,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,according to the development trend of volleyball and the law of teenagers' physical development,this paper selects the means of fast stretching compound training and the test indexes of specialized jumping ability through multiple dimensions including literature integration analysis,expert interview and other dimensions.Taking 40 volleyball players from No.9 Middle School in Yingkou City as the experimental object,the control group adopted the conventional training method,the experimental group adopted the fast stretching compound training method to carry on the quality training.After training the two groups by different means in 12 weeks,a number of volleyball players' specialized jumping ability indexes were obtained,including standing long jump,standing reach jump with one hand,touch height with one-step run-up,touch height with two-step run-up,touch height with three-step run-up,to verify the training effect of the fast stretching compound training on the special jumping ability of middle school volleyball players.The results are as follows:1.After adopting the method of fast stretching compound training,the quality ability of male middle-school volleyball players was significantly different from that before the experiment in standing long jump,standing reach jump with one hand,touch height with one-step run-up,touch height with two-step run-up,touch height with three-step run-up.Also,the training method had a significant effect on improving the specialized jumping ability of male players.2.After adopting the method of fast stretching compound training,many indexes of specialized jumping ability test of the female middle-school volleyball players were significantly different from those before the experiment and their specialized jumping ability was significantly improved.The method of fast stretching compound training can be applied in the physical quality practice of specialized jumping ability of female middle-school volleyball players.3.There were significant differences in the specialized jumping ability including touch height with one-step run-up,touch height with two-step run-up,touch height with three-step run-up of male objects after the experiment of conventional quality training method and fast stretching compound training method.The fast stretching compound training had a better effect on improving the specialized jumping ability of male middle-school volleyball players.4.There was a significant difference between the specialized jumping ability including standing long jump,touch height with one-step run-up,touch height with two-step run-up,touch height with three-step run-up of female objects after the experiment of conventional quality training method and fast stretching compound training method.The fast stretching compound training was significant for improving the ability of high touching of two feet of middle-school female volleyball players.
