Core stability training refers to the balance for the core area of the body being carried deep small muscles, strength, stability, competency-based exercises. As the basis for the core parts of the distal limb movement, and its training role in enhancing the performance of the body’s ability to balance and stability, improve nerve-transfer system flexibility and coordination of muscle control, maintain, or changes in body posture and provide support for the force. In recent years, the core stability training in China’s sports industry gradually get attention and widely applied to sports team training. Volleyball is separated net event projects in the volleyball tournament, the ball landing is the dead ball, which means one confrontation score or lose points. In the fast-paced, high-intensity game, how quickly by tapping into one of the magic weapon for defensive or offensive for winning becomes defensive. Since volleyball as a competitive sport, a higher, faster trends, athletes tall stature, high-bouncing, high block, but also have the ability to respond quickly, start capability and mobility. Volleyball game is the most important means of scoring smash, smash the players will jump in the air above the ball along the line of balls hit into a powerful method for hitting opponent’s court, and players in the high-intensity game, quickly from defense into attack, quick start, hitting off the air and then, you need nerves that control muscle coordination, and maintain the body’s balance in the air as well as the fast and efficient transfer power to the palm of your hand, at the highest point in order to get a good spike effect. Therefore, the role of core stability training is concerned, adding core stability exercises in volleyball training volleyball players will be fitness, motor skills and play a positive and effective impact.In this paper, the use of literature, the impact of the expert questionnaire survey, observation, experiment and mathematical statistics for core stability training for volleyball spike special student rate were studied experimentally and theoretically. Subjects of this paper is Hengyang Normal University Department of Physical Education Majors volleyball, players select from 18 experiments. And divided into control and experimental groups before the experiment to test the indicators players, core stability after eight weeks of training, the players again on the indicators tested by comparing vertical and two horizontal comparison, statistical analysis of the results and concluded: the traditional strength exercises and volleyball with the students’core stability, spiking rate has a positive impact; core stability training can significantly improve core stability volleyball special students; core stability resistance training has a positive impact on improving student volleyball spike special rate.
