Classroom teaching is the most important school education. Classroom teaching is the main front of the school education; students’ education process is mostly done in the classroom. Effective classroom teaching and teacher guidance and students active learning, high-quality, high efficiency per unit time to complete the task of teaching. Efficiency of mathematics teaching in primary schools is of great significance to develop students’ mathematical thinking, to improve the mathematical abilities of students, as well as the formation of the students personality.At first, primary school mathematics teaching retrospective of the theoretical basis of this study and the practice of efficient classroom instruction at home and abroad, and define the related concepts of mathematics efficient classroom.
