The teacher is the organizer, leader and cooperator in the students’ learning activities. The new teaching concept emphasizes the interaction between the students and the teachers, and also emphasizes the dynamic formation. The mathematics teaching should change the traditional teaching method of one-way inculcating knowledge to the passive students, and let students be the owner of the class teaching to actively participate in the interaction between the students and the teachers.The thesis is based on literature reviews, analyzing the theory and defining relative concept. through investigation, we can konw classroom teaching problems of interactivity between teachers and students, thus explore how to establish a suitable way of making equal and harmonious relationship. what is desired in classroom teaching is that creating active learning atmosphere, encouraging students to put forward questions, based on the whole class optimizing the form of classroom teaching, which can cultivate students’ sense of math, constructing efficient mutual math class teaching. practice has proved that these teaching strategy is quite useful in dealing with dull teaching in traditional class, breaking the worry and dullness in class, which could be for the whole class, achieve the dynamic teaching and improve the overall teaching quality.This thesis is based on offering flexible learning environment to the students, lessening the psychological pressure of avoiding mistakes, increasing the speaking opportunities for the students, fully giving a play to the students in the learning process, activating the enthusiasm, activity and creativity of the students, and let students be the leader of the teaching process, and master of the learning process, improving the intelligent development of the students, enhancing the social communication ability and training the whole-life learning sense.Optimizing the middle school class structure, and establishing a new democratic relationship between the students and the teachers is fully required. Changing the static into dynamic, technical to creative, singular to comprehensive, the passive learning to active learning are the new standard. Altering the middle school mathematics evaluation mechanism, and paying attention to the progressive evaluation. To explore the different mathematics class mode of the Interaction between teachers and students.
