Because of the rapid development of vocational education in China, there is an urgent need for large numbers of "Dual Functional Teachers".However, the training of "Dual Functional Teachers" has always been a difficult problem and an obstacle in the development of vocational education.Therefore,paying attention to the growth of "Dual Functional Teachers" and its contributing factors as well as the troubles in its development and thinking about the strategy of joint training of school and corporation will not only improve the vocational teachers’quality but also assure the overall development of vocational education.Departing from the growth of "Dual Functional Teachers",these thesis will mainly focus on the study of joint training of these teachers by school and corporation,in accordance with the technical route of analyzing the present situation,comparing with international practice and suggesting the strategy.Firstly,the thesis tries to describe the present situation of growth of "Dual Functional Teachers" in vocational school,including the present ways and environment of their training,the new requirement for them and the contemporary features they have.Secondly,by comparing the vocational teachers training experience of German,Australia and Japan,the author finds that they have their own distinctive characteristics:Germany’s integrated training with corporations’ high involvement and participation;the strict training and evaluation of Australian TAFE college that relates the training with industries; Japan’s cultivation of vocational training coach by collaboration of schools and industries, with clear objective and independent curriculum. It’s can be found that the role of enterprises in the close cooperation between enterprises and schools is very important in the process of training vocational teachers in these countries, Thirdly,these thesis will sum up the contributing factors and obstacles in the growth of "Dual Functional Teachers" by analyzing the interview, and point out that their training needs joint effort of all parties, including the government, schools, industries and enterprises. At last, the thesis will have a discussion of the strategy of joint training of school and corporation, that is, altering the traditional concept of teachers and establishing the insurance system of three-levels involving central government, local government and schools; to exert the irreplaceable role of the enterprises in training the "Dual Functional Teachers" is an essential part to innovative the way of "Dual Functional Teachers" training.This thesis is both a theory study and practice investigation of "Dual Functional Teachers’"training through joint effort of schools and corporations by using the methods of literature review, interview and comparison, hoping to provide some reference for the "Dual Functional Teachers’"training.
