Following the break-through footsteps of the network, mobile phone newspapers and other new media, media sports is popular among the major media in the clamour of consumption culture. The looming phenomenon of the media sports not only distorts the healthy cognitive function and aesthetic values of audience given by the mass media, but also, to a certain extent, usurps the traditional intendment contained in the sports, making sports drift away the sense of strong body and mind, placing honor and interests above the appreciation of beauty, such as ants attached to the smell of mutton, following the footsteps into the cycle of "symbolization","commercialization" and "excessive entertainment".Facing such symptoms which appear in the evolution process of the relationship between sports and media, this paper first assesses the presentation of sports media, holding that under the current cultural context, the sense of the sports text constructed by mass media is promoted by gathering composite force of different field factors such as politics, economy, culture, adopting the interest demands of mass media, and coveting the "eyeball" economy of the audience. Many factors come together to make real sports torn under the lens of mass media, then the media sports comes into being.Formally, media sports is a kind of procedure that on the basis of media features and value proposition of itself, mass media take real sporting events as the chief source, adopt many manifestation modes, such as sports news, sports commentary, sports close-up, sports live broadcast, transforms partial image of the sports world into media text; it is the mass media that use rendering, exaggeration, grafting and other means to package sports and remodel after the "mimicry sports", is a false carnival impression of the conspiracy outlined by the business, media, sports and so on, is the media sports culture which drains the real look of sports under the material discourse which not only demonstrates the strong media imprint, but also exudes the erosion flavor of the consumption culture, which points to media sports more in the form of distortion. The mass media tend to use the existing narrative archetype to recycle sports events, or the way to forge the sports media events to construct numerous and diverse media sports.When health, harmony and beauty placed in the body of sports are engulfed by the lens of the mass media, and the sparkling material signs and strong utilitarian atmosphere will be thrown up, sports communication will be loss of balance, spirit integration of audience will be ignored, and the sports media will fall into the dilemma of development. While placing all in the vast complex sociology field, conflict theory and symbolic interaction theory just give the interpretation.Sociology reflections on the media sports, that is the sixth part of this paper, starting from the fission of interest and the contravariant of value orientation, focus on the reality conflict and the fabulosity conflict of media sports; subsequently, from the microscopic editorial field, reflections take symbolic interactionism as the footnotes to resolve the construction process of the media sports.From the theoretical perspective of sociology, this paper uses the critical brush stroke to describe the phenomenon of media sports, also making clear the pertinacious illness attached to the media sports text, removing the spiritual dust for the purpose of speaking highly for healthy, rational sports communication activities. To this end, stakeholders in every aspects including the communicators and audiences, should be clear of the responsibilities, detaching the symbolic world woven by the media sports, recovering the spiritual homeland fallen by sports media, only in this way can lead sports media out of the development dilemma, and realize the reorganization of the green cultural territory.
