Study On The Path Of Humanistic Quality Cultivation Of Higher Vocational College Students

With the rapid development and popularity of vocational education, major education has been the focus while humanistic quality education is entirely ignored, for colleges students narrow their development just for their ideal jobs. That is why graduates of vocational education do not behave well in the real society. So it is evident that it is high time that modern education should pay more attention to their all-round development.This paper is to improve their humanistic qualities and do specific research. The author aims to strengthen them and put forward practical measures. In this case, the research result can be used widely in vocational colleges.The paper has made full use of the relevant materials at home and abroad in this field by its background, purpose and significance. Meanwhile, it is based on several widely-accepted theories, including the Marxist theory of human development, the theory of constructivism and harmonious development of education theory. many useful methods have also been used in the process by referring to papers, talking and investigating only to educate more qualified graduates for the society. The author comes to the conclusion that many factors are to blame, such as our educational concept, our courses, our campus atmosphere and our teachers' teaching approaches and so on. Finally, this paper puts forward the idea of establishing human-oriented education, deepening the curriculum of professional and humanistic integration, creating a strong campus culture, improving the humanistic accomplishment level of teachers, optimizing the humanities education approach; Social atmosphere and other initiatives to continuously strengthen the humanistic quality of vocational education students for the country to cultivate moral, intellectual, physical, beauty and other comprehensive development of high-quality talent.
