With a person growing up, he is carrying on the socialization process which is changing himself from natural person into social person. The socialization process is finished with individuals and social environment interacting. Born in what kind of family, determines one is growing up in what kind of social environment. A good social environment will lead to the positive development of personal socialization. On the contrary, a bad environment will lead to the negative development of personal socialization. This is mainly because of the growth of the fine environment for individuals to provide good model of learning, positive interpersonal interaction, the high quality human environment and physical environment, these on the individual socialization is very favorable. In the theory of Charles Horton Cooley, Mead George Herbert, Albert Bandura and four cases were born in the80s as the basis, the author disgusses in the social transition how family background including family structure, family economic situation, family culture level affects individual socialization. Family background about not only the individual growth of social environment, and decides the individual in the course of socialization can enjoy the amount of resources. Therefore, because of the difference of family background, the individual from the beginning was born to what they will experience the socialization process must also is different.
