| In the theory research of curriculum and teaching, teachers’ authority is a very important problem, especially the concept reconstruction of teachers’authoritative problem, having become a hot topic in the academic world. This dissertation, starting from the new courses reformation, probes into the heat problem---teacher’s authority. In the complicatedly either eliminating or constructing argument of teacher’s authority, this writer derives the thoughts of many people, rethinking and reconsideration teacher’s authority. From the view of logical, this paper analyzes the basic connotation of teachers’ authority, telling the current situation, and puts forward the connotation of the view of democratic teacher authority, theoretical foundation and influence factor, discussing the democratic teacher authority internal and external conditions. As a result, it puts forward the class construction strategy of the democratic teacher’s authority. |
