Teacher’s authority, as a kind of important education influence, plays a very important role in the process of school moral education. If the teacher lacks authority, it is difficult to achieve the actual effect of moral education. However, with the development of globalization and the network technology and the diversification of social transition value constitutes a strong impact and challenges to teachers’ authority. Especially with the development of young man’s subjectivity, teacher authority was seen as a stumbling block in theory and practice of moral education has been questioned and criticized. Of course reasonable teacher’s authority was essential to school moral education, but in moral education in primary and secondary schools, there was a clearing up of teachers’authority. This undoubtedly inhibits the development of teachers and students’ own virtue. So the reshaping is particularly important for the teacher’s authority. In this paper, the research of teacher authority eliminate problems in the stage of primary and secondary school moral education has carried on the review and reflection on one by one, and on this basis puts forward some thoughts about teacher authority remodeling.This article is divided into three sections, formed by introduction, five chapter and epilogue.First of all, defines the authority of teachers, and then, according to the authoritative source for teachers of teachers’ authority for classification and analysis of connotation and characteristics of teachers’ authority.Second, the rationality of the teacher authority is in the stage of primary and secondary school moral education, and analyses the teacher authority limit and evaluation standard. Thirdly, in the current stage of primary and secondary school moral education in China on the current situation of teachers’ authority is relatively rational review and reflection, think that the resolution of teacher authority is mainly embodied in moral education in primary and secondary education stages as follows:teacher’s professional "sanctification", teachers of institutional authority to slip, teachers knowledge authority of the tools and authority to inspire the fragile. The resolution of teacher authority could suppress the development of teachers’ virtue, stifle student’s main body consciousness and cause imbalance of the relationship between teachers and students.Fourth, analyze the cause of small and medium stage of teacher authority in moral degradation, respectively, from the impact of pluralistic values on the teacher’s authority, ethical flaw institutional authority of teachers, teachers’misunderstanding of authoritative presence and education of technical orientation on the teacher explains the authority being dispelled this several ways.Finally, based on the reflections on the school moral education theory of teacher’s authority in, put forward several proposals for reshaping the teacher’s authority.
