The scientific classroom-teaching and impeccable academic evaluation of the Specialized Courses in University is the key to protect the teaching quality of the Specialized Courses in University. To research the classroom-teaching and academic evaluation of the Specialized Courses in University, not only can enrich the teaching and evaluation theories, but also can provide a guiding role for the teaching and evaluation practices. This study, which is based on the students’ perspective, researches the classroom-teaching and academic evaluation of the Specialized Courses in University deeply by using the material of literature, interviews, expert evaluation and questionnaire survey.This paper finds that the students aren’t satisfied with the current classroom-teaching and academic evaluation of the Specialized Courses in University very much. They think that there are many problems in the constituent elements of the classroom-teaching of the Specialized Courses, which including class sizes, teaching attitudes, teaching content, teaching methods and teaching effectiveness, as well as the constituent elements of the academic evaluation of the Specialized Courses, which including evaluation methods, evaluation content, the use of evaluation results. Specifically, it shows that the class size is too large, the teachers are not enough concerned about teaching, the teaching content updates slowly, the teaching methods are monotonous, the teaching effectiveness is not satisfactory in the classroom-teaching of the Specialized Courses; besides, it also can be found that the evaluation methods are single, the evaluation content is one-sided, the use of evaluation results is unscientific in the academic evaluation of the Specialized Courses After analyzing and exploring each of these elements, combined with the teaching and evaluation theories, a number of recommendations are proposed to improve the classroom-teaching and the academic evaluation of the Specialized Courses in University. To improve the classroom-teaching of the Specialized Courses in University, these ways can be used, such as, controlling the class size, making the teachers attach importance to teaching with system constraints, optimizing and improving the curriculum system and personnel training programs, using a variety of teaching methods, enhancing the teaching effectiveness; to improve the academic evaluation of the Specialized Courses in University, these ways can be used, such as, strengthening the level of evaluation of teachers, facilitating the diverse evaluation way, comprehensive evaluation content, the scientific use of evaluation results.
