Research purposes:The effects of 8 weeks of training in crawling on male college students of non sports major lower extremity and core parts of the muscle strength and body core stability that crawling training the actual effect, to provide the experimental basis for the majority of creeping body-building groups.Methods:27 male college students of non physical education in Zhejiang Normal University were randomly divided into two groupsxontrol group (group C)hasl3 and experimental group (group T)hasl4.C group of subjects to daily and weekly physical education activities, the content,and T Group on the activities of the foundation were for a period of 8 weeks of training in crawling,3 times per week, each training 40 minutes (including warming up), through the training before and 8 weeks training crawling after C group and T group subjects grip strength, back strength, legs strength and one minute sit up, single leg closed the objective of the experiment, the test of the Star Excursion Balance (SEBT) index changes for the analysis of experimental data.Results:l.C group subjects’grip strength, back strength, leg strength, one minute sit ups index before and after the experiment, no significant difference (P>0.05). After 8 weeks training crawling t subjects grip strength, back strength, leg strength, one minute sit up index than before the experiment is extremely significantly increased (P<0.01).The subjects of group C and group T in each index between groups compared grip strength, back strength, one minute sit ups index increased significantly increased, (P<0.05), leg strength index has no significant change (P>0.05).2.Before the experiment, the subjects of Group C shoulder joint flexor peak torque data no growth (P>0.05).The shoulder extensor peak torque at the beginning and end of the experiment no significant change (P>0.05).The subjects of group T who shoulder flexors in front of the experimental peak torque and 8 week training crawling after peak torque compared to the increased, but not significantly (P>0.05); and extensor peak torque in the experiment after than before the experiment had significantly increased (P<0.01). Compared the group C with group T participants who group shoulder flexor peak torque in the angular velocity for 30°/s have significant difference (P<0.05); in the angular velocity of 120°/s and 240 °/s,group C and group T subjects who shoulder flexor peak torque were no significant difference (P>0.05).Compared Before with after the experiment group C by test strength at 307s,1207s,2407s range of angular velocity is decreased gradually trend (P<0.05). Before and after the experiment, the muscle strength of group T which at 307s,1207s,2407s range strength ratio decreased is extremely significant (P<0.01). Before and after the experiment in group C by pilot who shoulder flexors in 30°/s,1207 s,240 °/s angle speed within the range of maximum power decreases with increasing angular velocity of the extensor increases with the increase of the angular velocity increases; group T test people before and after the experiment, the shoulder joint flexor muscles increases with the increase of the angular velocity increases, extensors increases with the increase of the angular velocity increases, and was very significant (P<0.01). After the experiment, at 30 °/s,120 °/s angular velocity range,compared the group C with the group T, muscle strength were no significant difference(P>0.05),and at the 240°/s has a significant difference (P<0.05).3. Before and after the experiment, single leg closed experimental test results the subjects Group C:supporting left leg and right leg supporting time although a slight improvement but there was no statistical difference (P>0.05),but the left supporting at ANT direction has a significant increase(P<0.05);the right leg supportingat PLAT direction has a significant increase(P<0.01). Compared before with after the experiment, the single leg and eyes closed experimental results of subjects of Group T, after 8 weeks crawling training, the subjects of Group T whose left leg supporting and the right leg supporting time was significantly higher than that before the experiment.and it was significantly increased(P<0.01).After the experiment, the subjects of group C and group T were compared between groups. The left leg supporting time and the right leg supporting time were not statistically significant (P>0.05).Compared before with after the experiment, left supporting leg in the eight directions measured the extension length and leg length ratio of subjects of Group C in the SEBT test increased slightly, but no statistical difference (P>0.05); support on right leg before and after the experiment, no statistical difference, (P>0.05). After 8 weeks training crawling, left leg standing in eight directions measured the extension length and leg length ratio The subjects of Group T has increased significantly (P<0.01); right supporting leg growth in eight directions is very significant (P<0.01). Compared to the C group and T group subjects in test group compared with group after the experiment. T test supporting left leg in the ANT, ALAT, LAT,PLAT,PMED and MED 6 direction growth and C group subjects compared with significant changes (P<0.05), which in the ANT, LAT, PLAT direction have a very significant increase (P<0.01). The experimental group C and group T in the test, group T support on right leg in the ANT, ALAT, MED, direction on the growth and the subjects there were significant changes (P<0.05), which in the ANT, MED direction have a very significant increase (P<0.01).Conclusion:1.8 weeks crawling training can improve the grip strength of the non sports specialized university, back, legs, one minute sit ups capacity and improve their physical strength.2.8 weeks training crawling after non sports specialized male college students shoulder extensor compared with flexor strength ratio increased more obvious, improve around the shoulder of the pectoralis major muscle strength.3.8 weeks of crawling training can improve the static stability and dynamic stability of the non sports professional male college students, and enhance its core stability.
