good core stability ability is athletic ability play, the basis of excellent foreign athletes training has achieved remarkable physical stability, this paper studies the effect of the aim is to the core stability training application in shandong province women’s wrestling teams, through the eight weeks training experiment to see if core stability of women’s wrestling athletes in shandong province of strength quality effect.Methods:the literature data method, questionnaire survey method, expert interview method, mathematical statistics method, experimental research methods, the selection of12athletes as the research object, and the experimental group and the control group, were randomly divided into the experiment of each index of athletes before for significant analysis, two groups of various indexes of the players there are no significant difference (p>0.05). Two groups of players in special skills training content, and the same for eight weeks to core stability training primarily strength training, and in accordance with the control group before training methods will be training. After eight weeks of special strength athletes all indexes, the data obtained will reiteration statistical processing, analysis, for the purpose of strength training in shandong province women’s wrestling teams provide certain reference.Results:1, the longitudinal comparison of the results of the experimental group is through the core of8weeks after training, the athletes stability take up, hold crouching,30s who fell cloth index result all have very big improvement, both before and after the experiment with significant difference (p<0.05), lie pushing, squats the two indexes in the before and after the experiment are highly significant difference (p <0.01), but with high over the sit-ups two index scores before and after the experiment in there are no significant difference (p>0.05).2, the experimental group and control group of horizontal comparison of the results is between groups of the experimental group after the experiment squatted down to30s, pushing, cloth, sit-ups, fell back up these a few index scores are significant difference (p<0.05), only hold with high over the squat down two index no significant difference (p>0.05). 1, through the comparison between the group longitudinal and transverse comparison between groups of the experimental data shows that the core stability, the experiment of the training of each index scores of athletes are improved to varying degrees, although results in the control group also has improved, but the extent of the increase to significantly lower than the experimental group. This means that in a certain degree of athletes training core stability of power to the improvement of quality of larger role.2, through to the characteristics of the project research, wrestling reveals the project is through the body, the control of power control, balance their own weight, make body coordinate the strength, uniform and control the opponent suddenly technical characteristics. Strong core stability power is important to send a force source, that power effectively relay. The results of the study show that, core stability is to improve the project athletes training special strength of the quality of the effective method.3, research shows that, in the actual training should change the concept of strength training, in keep traditional strength training, under the premise of increasing the proportion of core stability training. Coaches must be enhanced in the training of the core stability, strengthen the training, aims to know better to improve the athlete results.Suggestions:1, Through the expert interview and questionnaire survey, it is known that the shandong most of the concept of the core wrestling coach many punch-drunk, the method of training means don’t understand. So the coaches should strengthen the understanding of the core strength training, and strengthen the core strength training and special better combined.2, In order to further perfect the core stability theory, to study the training object out further tracking, of athletes core stability comprehensive evaluation of the effects of training, according to the feedback adjust training method.3, The experiments just using a conventional unarmed core stability training methods, the next step should increase instability in the environment of core stability training should also increase the strength of the test of the time to sample extended further core stability training effect do deep research.
