The traditional classroom teaching management, are often pay attention to students’learning progress in improving, basically any of the classroom teaching of management of thespecific way, but in order to improve the students’ learning achievement, for it, the student theother aspects of the expertise of development are secondary, this view is also in Englishclassroom teaching management process in what is very evident, all teaching plan andteaching method, are taught the basic knowledge, improve the learning results as thefoundation. This is "focus sex" of the classroom teaching of management is not conducive tomining and the cultivation of the students’ the other aspects of the company. However, in thebackground of the class in the primary school English classroom management, is a kind ofbreaking through the traditional classroom management mode and the traditional educationmodel of important ways, this is our country new curriculum reform and quality education ofthe development of the important symbol. But, from our small class under the background ofthe primary school English classroom management of the implementation of the currentsituation, there are still significant problem to some extent, also did not break through thetraditional classroom management mode and education model of bondage and restrictions.Based on the literature analysis, classroom observation, the conversation law, investigationquestionnaire and so on many kinds of ways, detailed analysis of the class in China under thebackground of the primary school English classroom management problems, and based onthis, puts forward a series of measures, so as to perfect our small class under the backgroundof the primary school English classroom management, and promote our country in the newcurriculum reform, and the development of quality education.
