| 2011 Compulsory Education "English Curriculum Standards" emphasizes the needs of all students,concerned about the different characteristics of language learners and personal differences.With the promotion of small class teaching,classroom teaching management also put forward new requirements and challenges.In the past,scholars mainly studied classroom management theory,but how to improve the management of junior high school English teachers in the primary level of little research.This paper analyzes the current situation and analyzes the problems existing in the teaching management of junior high school English classroom under the background of small class teaching.Through interviews,literature and related theories,this paper analyzes the factors that affect the management of English teaching in junior middle schools,and puts forward the concrete measures of junior high school English classroom teaching management.In this study,20 English teachers and 300 students from Conghua No.7 Middle School of Guangzhou City were selected as the research samples.The main contents were as follows:(1)The status quo of junior middle school English teaching management under the background of small class teaching;(2)Aiming at the status quo,obvious advantages and existing problems of junior high school English classroom teaching management in the background of small class teaching,(3)It is put forward that the teaching of junior high school English classroom teaching suitable for small class teaching is put forward Effective countermeasures.There are obvious advantages in the small class teaching,but the following problems are found through the investigation:(1)Classroom task management is the same,lack of difference;(2)Improper management of classroom discipline,lack of flexibility;(3)Classroom task management does not take into account the different levels of student groups,the lack of co-ordination;(4)Classroom evaluation management is not perfect;(5)the lack of classroom management is not perfect;(6)Lack of practicality;(7)Classroom environment management is imperfect,lack of effectiveness.According to the research results,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)to establish a disciplinary management system with English classroom characteristics,(2)to improve the level of discipline management;(3)to strengthen the classroom,and to improve the level of management,(4)to highlight the status of students,reasonable arrangements for classroom teaching time,improve the level of time management;(5)to change the "title sea" and "difficult" tactics to improve the level of classroom management tasks(6)to establish a scientific English classroom evaluation system to improve the level of evaluation and management;(7)to create English culture and English communication environment,improve the level of environmental management. |
