Innovation is significantly important for the construction and development of a country. Creative talents are needed to build the innovative country in new age, in which innovative education is needed to cultivate innovative talents. Basic education curriculum reform puts forward higher request to teachers in new time, thus the main base for training new teachers lies in the class of normal universities. Therefore, the class of normal universities with other various aspects must make the corresponding reform according to the basic education curriculum reform.Literature method is mainly adopted in this paper to conduct a collection, analysis and summary study of classroom teaching model in the several top universities abroad. Then some realistic enlightenment of classroom teaching is put forward for Chinese normal universities. In addition, questionnaire, interview and contrast method are used together in this paper. Questionnaire of classroom teaching mode is made in several normal universities in Shaanxi from March to October in2010. And some preliminary conclusions are made after data processing and analysis of the questionnaire by using software of SPSS and EXCEL and so on.Based on literature study of classroom teaching mode in several international top universities and investigation of that in several normal universities in Shaanxi,This paper puts forward the P-A-E classroom teaching mode adapted to teachers’professional ability cultivation in new curriculum reform. Concrete implementation procedures and methods are proposed in the process of practice. Systerm of evaluation are also proposed, based on which, implementation effect survey is made on students from Shaanxi Normal University who are trained in P-A-E classroom teaching mode. Satisfactory effects are obtained through the analysis of data.People often say:teaching methods are plentiful and changeful. There is only one teaching principle, in view of which, we can have a variety of teaching measures.With the background of education curriculum reform, the author presents the introduction of classroom teaching modes from all kinds of normal universities of arts and also science, such as:"181history new class","genders and culture","mathematics teaching theory","quantum mechanics " and so on. All of these can be served for peers and scholars to exchange experience and learn from each other in education curriculum reform.This paper can be mainly divided into seven parts:The first part is the introduction, including the research background and significance, reform and development materials of normal universities in and abroad, study approaches and methods. The second part of this study introduces the theoretical basis and the relevant core concepts.The third part is the survey about the current situation of classroom teaching reform in normal universities of Shaanxi. The possible reason of its emergence is also analyzedThe fourth part is mainly the analysis of classroom teaching modes of several international top universities, which gives the precious experience and enlightenment for classroom teaching reform in Chinese normal universities.The fifth part firstly elaborates teachers’basic professional quality under the background of the new curriculum reform. Secondly, based on the basic quality, this paper puts forward P-A-E classroom teaching mode, implementation steps, related evaluation system, and the practice investigation on students’ ability after implementation of P-A-E classroom teachingThe sixth part, based on the background of new curriculum, mainly puts forward practice case studies of classroom teaching mode reform on normal universities of arts and science.The last part is the summary and outlook of this research.
