With the progress of the new high school policy curriculum reform, ensuring efficiency from the classroom is becoming a consensus in the academic community. How to realize the high efficiency in politics teaching in high school has became the focus of the current academic community.In this thesis, the author designed a suitable developing evaluation system for high school political class. By utilizing this evaluation system, author determined issues existing in the current classroom teaching, thus provided the corresponding improving measures and solutions, formed one new approach of the construction of the high efficiency political class in high school classroom.The theory of man’s comprehensive development, constructivism learning theory and the theory of multiple intelligences development based, development and evaluation of teaching methods build the foundation of this system. Combining observation of the actual classroom teaching, author developed the classroom teaching three level evaluation index system. Accordingly, senior high school politics teachers and students were interviewed by questionnaire survey. Through the collation and analysis of the collected data, author developed a "developmental evaluation table of high school politics education". Front line teachers use this table in actual high school politics classroom teaching.Evaluation results shows a variety of phenomena hinder the construction of efficient classroom. Firstly, teacher rely heavily on preset material in high school political class, students leverage the curriculum resources inefficiently; imbalance of teaching method and knowledge, lack learning circumstance; classroom teaching emphasis teaching method but not care learning method, learning method guidance design lack of systematic thinking. Aiming solving these problems, this paper proposes to promote the building of politics in senior high school, classroom strategies and suggestions: cleverly use of students’ resource is requirement of the construction of the high school politics classroom; creating effective life based teaching situation; strengthening the guidance of learning method is key to the construction of politics in senior high school, classroom.This thesis has unique perspective, research results and practical examples. The design of the high school political high efficient classroom development teaching evaluation table emphasizes the combination of "evaluation teaching" and "evaluation learning", pay more attention to the high school ideological and political learning effect and the evaluation of learning methods. Have good reliability and validity, as a measure to promote the construction of efficient classroom.
