Composition teaching has always been the most difficult problem of the Chineseteaching in the middle school, with high consumption but low efficiency. Under theguidance of the new curriculum, there is a big success on the theory and practice. Ingeneral, achievements are in two aspects. One is the theoretical study of the experts onChinese teaching; the other is the practical exploration of the front-line teachers.However, they don’t combine perfectly; instead, they do their separate jobs. Based onthe fact, and under the guidance of the new curriculum, I think the further reform of themiddle school composition teaching is necessary. My research focuses mainly on theteachers and students, and I try to improve teachers’ self-cultivation and the law ofstudents’ growth, and interrelationship between teachers and students. Also, I try tointroduce network into the composition teaching. In these ways, students’ writingpotential can be wholly explored, and thus the efficiency of the composition teachingcan be improved through their cooperation with the teachers. I hope it can offer someideas for the reformation of the composition teaching in the middle school.In this thesis, drafting ideas are scheduled as below: Firstly, briefly analyze thecurrent composition teaching in the middle school under the guidance of the newcurriculum; secondly, find out the regulations on the composition teaching by the newcurriculum in order to know how to begin the reform; thirdly, try to find the problemstargeting both teachers and students; finally, in the background of the new curriculum,under the guidance of The Standard of Chinese Course, improve teachers’self-cultivation and the law of students’ growth, introduce network into the compositionteaching and strive to get more achievements gradually in composition teaching under arelationship in which teachers and students interact fully and effectively.
