See from the present situation of high school achievement assessment, thetraditional assessment content is limited to the knowledge of memory results, theassessment tool is only a single exam test questions, the evaluation of the principal isusually only the teacher or school evaluation process has been simplified for the exam,Judging the significance of the results of student learning, usually alienated for theinterpretation of test scores. Therefore, the most important issue of news and biographycurriculum is to evaluate the reform of academic evaluation, achievement assessmentneeds to be evaluated based on content, showing the effectiveness of learning and thestudents’ achievement also needs clear and reasonable assessment content framework.High school language electives news and biography series, based on the position oflanguage subjects and foreign courses value orientation contrast the characteristics ofthe course of high school language electives “news and biography” combing over theyears of language syllabus for this series of teach and learn, then requirements to try tobuild this series of evaluation of non-examination class content framework, intended topromote the learning of students in this elective series, which can enhance languageliteracy. The evaluation content framework is built, reflecting the qualities of "elective”and "News","Biography" features at the same time for the students’. This thesis isdivided into three parts, as explained in the various parts of the main contents are asfollows:First, the introduction. This part described the source of the problem and the basisof research in detail, it also clarified the ideas and research purposes, in the definitionpart of the subject position, academic evaluation, and the content of the connotationof to reveal the inter-linkages between relationships. Secondly, introduce the standpoint of study, which is the subject standpoint of thelanguage academic evaluation of high school language learning. The new curriculumstandards was required combining the instrumental and humanistic of languageteaching and evaluation. This study was based on the guidance of the new curriculumstandards, combined with the news biography curriculum features and languagepractice to build a content framework for the subject position.Thirdly, combing the development of language curriculum goals carefully andinterpretation the Chinese language courses which have been evolved on the targetedcontent characteristics, then compare the Chinese curriculum and foreign class target,and ultimately build a high school language electives “news and biography” academicachievement evaluation content framework. This part it refined the course of news andbiography evaluation content, and then it combined the three dimensions targetand the intelligence level of the theory of three specific frameworks.Forth,practice position on the academic evaluationof speech senses. Academicevaluation of the native language content frameworks construction.The verbal andpractical stancecontemplation contemplation with verbal aesthetic position.
