The birth and development of mobile learning has brought great changes for the traditional educational theories and teaching models. Mobile learning holds the idea of student-centered, teacher-led, through the use of modem information technology and equipment, without time and space constraints for interactive learning. It makes teaching methods more flexible, shared ways of teaching resources to meet the diversified learning needs of different levels of learners. The research of mobile learning has great help to the development of modern distance education, also has significance for realizing the Lifelong Education for all.This article first analyzes the basis of the research status at home and abroad, and then analyzes the known definition of mobile learning to define the connotation of mobile learning. From several angles, it summarizes the characteristics and research directions of mobile learning, focusing on the perspective of learning theory, learning mode, described the theoretical basis for mobile learning and related technologies. From the application situation of mobile learning, we survey and research young college students by literature and questionnaire. From mobile learning devices, learning resources, learning time, etc., according to research results of the data, it analyzes the learning tendencies of the student population, to provide experimental support for the specific practice of instructional design.The article discusses the solution on the existing problem of teaching, according to the teaching characteristics and status of Literature Retrieval. From the view of the teaching objectives, learning context, learning resources, teaching strategies and the effect evaluation, it design this system with the principles and methods of instructional system design, and presents evaluation methods suited to the course learning outcomes. Based on mobile learning theory and collaborative learning mode, it designs the process of teaching steps. With the mobile learning development technology and database technology, it analyzes the roles and functional requirements. It develops and implements the system by designing the system from structure, function modules and database. |
