Research On The Free Normal Physical Education Students’ Teacher Career Planning

In order to attract more talented young people engaged in education and to promote the equitable development of educational undertakings in2007, the state promulgated "The universities directly under the direct administration of the Ministry of Education about normal students free education implementations(Trial)". The first free normal physical education students graduate from school and make people pay more attention to their career planning in2011. Whether free normal physical education students lay a solid foundation for future teachers’ career or not, has not been answered.This thesis selects four normal universities’free normal physical education students (Beijing Normal University, East China Normal University, Central China Normal University, Southwest University) as the research object, set the East China Normal University non-sports professional free normal students, Shanghai Normal University and Suzhou University and Hubei Normal University physical education students for contrast, through the design of the questionnaire-depth study of the problems and problem-solving measures of the free normal physical education students’teacher career planning. The research is supported by the following conclusions:1. The design of the students’teacher career planning questionnaire has good reliability and validity of the overall structure can be divided into eight dimensions. Free normal physical education students do well in "university career orientation "and" environmental awareness ", but bad in "teacher career plan a route to develop" and "teacher career planning and implementation "2. Free normal physical education students’teacher career planning status are better than non-sport professional free normal students, non-free physical education students significantly, free normal physical education students’teacher career planning situation are no significant difference in school difference, grade differences, regional differences, but girls are significantly better than boys.3. A single approach cognition, less competition for jobs and know little about teachers, the career planning knowledge is lack of professional targeted, career goals change rapidly, ignore the basic skills training in line formulating, lack of self-initiative and flexible implementation strategy, evaluate professional insufficient lead free normal physical education students to face some problems about their teachers career planning.In addition, in-depth analysis of the problem, the following recommendations should not be adopted:individual autonomy and capacity to strengthen teachers’ career planning; schools improve the supervision and guidance service system; the creation of an enabling environment.
