Along with the economic development of the inland areas, returning home for entrepreneurial affair has become an important means of living for migrant workers. My hometown, JinXian county, Jiangxi Province has led to a wave of migrant workers returning home for business since financial crisis, and a large number of migrant workers in the garment industry in coastal areas have returned home to start their own garment factory, which has been promoting JinXian County, as under-developed area in inland, to perform its revolution of industrialization and marketlization. These emerging businesses are different from those township enterprises which rose in the1990s, for the founders of the enterprises has discarded the traditional producting experience and the thoughts of labor because of their life and work experience in the big cities. When starting a business, they would definitely bring the concepts and logic of operation of modern society learned in the city back to the villages and arouse changes to the rural lifestyle. Rural relationship is an important part of rural daily life, and the embodiment of the rural social order, therefore, this paper will focus on country relationships, trying to address the following issues:what kind of change will migrant workers returning home for business lead to rural interpersonal relationship? Behind these changes, what kind of principle will be shown? The paper has selected the research method of literature study and in-depth interviews, and has depicted the changes of concept of the returning workers during their going out and working experience, as well as their changes of daily interpersonal relationship during their returning home for entrepreneurial affair process, so as to find out the influence and mechanism that returning home for business has done to the changes of rural interpersonal relationship.The content of this article is divided into five chapters, the first chapter is the introduction, the content of which mainly include the prompt of the problem, literature review, object of study and research methods; The second chapter introduces the space-time background of the rise of clothing industry by started by JinXian people and the town in the recent years, especially after2008, describing the mentality changes of the entrepreneurs from being migrant workers to returning home for businesses, and sums up the changes of concept of the generation that spans from going out for career in early1990s to returning home to create businesses20years later. Chapter Ⅲ describes clothing industry’s "returning home for business" group’s interpersonal communication involved in daily life, from both business and non-business relations’ point of view, showing the inter-influence between business relations and traditional interpersonal interaction under the view of existence and meaning of life that is recognized by migrant workers themselves, so as to reflect the specific changes to the rural home business relationships. On the basis of Chapter Ⅱ and Ⅲ, Chapter IV summarizes the influence factor of the interpersonal change returning home for business, explains the three levels of rural interpersonal changes, i.e. the personality level, functional level and structural level, as well as the links among them, which reflects the rural home business interpersonal change mechanisms. Chapter five is the summary of the article.
