With the continuous development of science and technology, network has been widely seeped into our daily life. Since there are more and more useful resource in the Internet, network curriculum is more and more popular and thought highly of by people, thus the design of network curriculum is more and more important. There is much research about the theory of network curriculum in modern and contemporary times; however, most of it is about the design of the whole curriculum, which ignores the significance of activities during teaching. Especially, being in the environment of network, because of the separation between teachers and students, students mainly study from education activities based on the characteristics of themselves. If there are no education activities of good quality, it will be hard for students to learn with high quality and high efficiency, and then they won’t achieve learning goal they expect. Thus, it is necessary to improve the quality of design of network curriculum, especially the design of teaching activities, to improve the learning quality of network curriculum and the learning efficiency of students.Based on the research of theories about teaching activities design in network courses, this article analyzed network courses and teaching activities, and put forward rules on design of teaching activities in network courses, and then designed teaching activity framework of network course based on the formal perspective, and put up with teaching activity design model in network courses. To test whether the design is reasonable, the article applied it on three platforms, which were Moodle, Dokeos and LAMS of Hunan Normal University. During the application, I did questionnaire survey to know about the degree of participation and satisfaction of the students, and then evaluated and reflected about design. In the end of the article, it was the summary and prospect of all the work.
