Charm of physical education teachers on students’interest in PE and lifelong physical development has a tremendous impact, especially in high school physical education teacher charged with sports college entrance examination students training and examination tasks, which sports will be introduced into the proposed policies for college entrance examination, physical education teachers’careers to high school students are playing an increasingly important role. Subject of PE teacher’s charm also came into the view of academic researchers, as new areas of study in physical education, it is vibrant and full of challenges.In order to understand the relevant situation of high school physical education teachers in Wuhan city charm, to optimize the quality of high school sports teachers, promote the students’lifelong sports development to provide important reference value and guiding significance, based on the literature material method, interview method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics, logic analysis and other research methods, based on the part of high school physical education teachers and students in Wuhan city to investigate and access, analyze the related theory and data, this paper research on physical education teachers charm make the following summary:1, Through literature analysis and field interviews, explores the connotation and denotation charm high school physical education teachers, summarized sports teacher’s charm is composed of the comprehensive quality of physical education teachers, and students have a positive attitude, efforts to complete the task of an attractive and charisma; Sports teacher’s charm factors include teachers’personality, learning, teaching, image, language and communication from six aspects.2,Through surveys and analysis of relevant data in this paper, high school physical education teacher in Wuhan City charm characteristic of higher levels of concern and importance, in turn as follows:personality charm, linguistic charm, communication Charm, teaching charm, knowledge charm, Image charm.3, The importance of high school PE teacher charm in Wuhan is not much gender difference, are paying more attention to PE teachers personality charm in addition to charm boys’physical education teachers pay more attention to communication, women focus more on PE teacher’s linguistic charm. 4, Wuhan high school on sports teachers of attention degree no has significantly of grade gap, high grade students on sports teachers charm of attention degree overall is greater than sophomore Senior grade students, except personality charm is all grade students comparison attention of factors outside, high and senior grade students more concern sports teachers of language charm and teaching charm, sophomore grade more concern sports teachers of language charm and communication charm.5, Athletically more attention to PE teachers personality charm and communication.6, Have a positive effect on the growth and development of charm image of physical education teachers for students and teachers, the PE teacher to improve self charm through the cultivation of perfect personality, wisdom, active communication, good teaching, profound knowledge and natural image.
