Hunan rural education investment and the rural labor transfer to is the object of the study. First, analysis of background as well as theoretical and practical significance, and then review the existing investment in rural education and the transfer of rural labor relations research to define the concept. Described the theoretical basis of investment in rural education, the promotion of labor transfer, respectively, analysis of the status quo situation of Hunan Province, rural education, investment and labor transfer, on the basis of the content in front investment in education to promote labor transfer mechanism.
