An Optimization Study On The Employment Problem Of Rural Labor Transfer In Yaozhou District, Tongchuan City

With the gradual acceleration of China's urbanization process,local governments across China have encountered great difficulties in solving the problem of rural labor transfer employment.Besides,domestic industrial upgrading and transformation,the scale of labor-intensive industries has been severely reduced and emerging industries have been emerging.In the process of urbanization,on the one hand,the skill level of rural labor is insufficient to find a job;on the other hand,enterprises lack skilled workers.Therefore,the structural contradiction in the employment of migrant workers is immensely prominent.Only by solving this problem effectively,the urbanization process in our country can be promoted with effect.Based on a typical agricultural population place,Yaozhou District,Tongchuan City,Shaanxi Province,the thesis collected its monitoring data of rural transfer labor employment from 2015 to 2017.Based on the data,this paper analyzes the basic situation of rural labor transfer employment in Yaozhou District from four aspects: the employment pattern of rural labor transfer in Yaozhou District;job stability;income level and the rural old-age security model.Thus,the causes of the differences are analyzed.Besides,based on the actual work experience,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from the following aspects: measures in helping rural labor transfer employment,channels in expanding rural labor transfer employment,and improving the employability of rural transfer labor.
