To the Naling rural labor force as the main object of study, starting from the three aspects of the Naling family investment in education, school education and skills training, analysis the function and influence of the local education human capital on the transfer of the surplus labor force.After more than a month of fieldwork, the differences of family education investment, the problems of school education and skills training will affect the result of the transfer of rural labor force. In addition, the quality of the rural labor force will have different effects on the transfer intention, wage income and work stability. The lower the quality, the greater the barriers to transfer.
