After 1980 s, the rural labor force in China started large-scale transfer to social and economic conditions in developed towns, to promote the development of urbanization at the same time, effectively increase the income of farmers. Labor income has become an important part of farmers' income. Today, Guangxi farmers migrant labor is increasing, but the transfer of rural labor force exists low income, employment problems, it is difficult to achieve effective transfer. This is closely related to the development of human capital in rural areas.Base on labor export on the Naling, Daxin County, Chongzuo City, as the field, trying to through the study of local education and the transfer of rural labor force status and to analyze the relationship to analyze the causes of problems. To the Naling rural labor force as the main object of study, starting from the three aspects of the Naling family investment in education, school education and skills training, analysis the function and influence of the local education human capital on the transfer of the surplus labor force.After more than a month of fieldwork, the differences of family education investment, the problems of school education and skills training will affect the result of the transfer of rural labor force. In addition, the quality of the rural labor force will have different effects on the transfer intention, wage income and work stability. The lower the quality, the greater the barriers to transfer. Combined with theory and practice, to achieve the effective transfer of rural surplus labor force, promote the rural human capital and the economic and social progress and development, the key is to strengthen the guide rural families for their children's education investment, continue to promote the balanced development of compulsory education in rural areas and accelerate the improvement of skills training system in rural areas.
