Female College Students’ Employment Difficulties

The problems of female college students have been increasingly notorious in recent years.Along with the developing of ages and the converting of the environment, the problems of employment for female college students have been becoming dominance and have been drawing much attention from all aspects of the society. It can be easily concluded that most studies of this field emphasize at the components of colleges, individuals and the society, but not too much at the angle of governance. The fact of the dilemma of female college students should be further studied so as to offer some countermeasures and reference to the problems.This thesis attempts to start from the difficulties the government encounters as it deals with the issue of employments of female college students, to analyze the causes of the problems involved in the process of the governance and on this basis, put forward the concepts of strengthening government accountability, enhancing the enforcement of principles, establishing a gender awareness, cooperating with female organizations, improving public service functions, etc., to solve the problems of employment difficulties of female college students eventually.
