In this paper, using the survey of employment intention of literature data method,questionnaire survey method,interview method, mathematical statistics,to researchand analyse the employment situation of Gansu Province female retired athletes andactive professional athletes’ intention of career. Mainly through the implementation ofthe Gansu Province female retired athlete employment policies and regulations, toinvestigate and visit Gansu Province retired professional athletes employment relateddepartments and personnel work organization,(sports departments, managers,coaches), Gansu Province retired professional basic information mobilization include(sports scores, age, education, family background, professional project, other skills,employment situation). Mainly include the basic information to enjoy the placementof retired professional athletes in Gansu Province, retired professional athletes socialmobility (age, gender, training, employment guidance, life satisfaction, retired majorreasons). To investigate the employment intention of Gansu Province, active athletes,through analysising of the factors of Gansu retired professional athletes employmenteffects, discovers the existence of Gansu Province female retired athlete employmentproblems, to explore the factors that affect the emplo yment of retired professionalathletes and Countermeasures in Gansu. In order to promote better employment ofGansu Province female retired athletes, provides the reference for the development ofsports in Gansu province.According to the research results, the conclusions are the following:①theemployment policy of Gansu province is relatively backward, but the athletes of theresettlement work of Gansu Province is more attention, resettlement work toimplement is ideal;②Most of the Gansu Province retired professional athletesemployment to self employment, namely monetary resettlement method, monetarysettlement single source of funds. The social needs of the professional athletes arehigher, the demand of masculinity.③The employment situation of women and menretired professional athletes have a certain difference. Female retired professionalathletes employment channels relatively simple;④Managers, coaches, in-service professional athletes on the policy of resettlement work insufficient understanding.Active athletes exist deviation on employment cognition, most of the resettlementpolicy bias;⑤Gansu retired professional athletes education, overall cultural levelshows a rising trend. But the teaching quality is poor;⑥The athletes of Gansuprovince occupation skill development lag, cross the lack of professional skills,retired athletes own comprehensive quality is not high, single skills, employmentexpectations too high, the resettlement policy understanding deviation, selfpositioning is not accurate;⑦Gansu province is on the resettlement of retiredprofessional athletes attention, retired professional athletes security system has beeninitially established, but the overall is still not perfect, the lack of normative and long.Self employment security system more reasonable, but the money reward and put intoa single source;And puts forward a few suggestions:①fully play the leading role of thegovernment, improve the supporting policies of Gansu province resettlement ofretired professional athletes as soon as possible, to the implementation of the policy,increase policy resettlement due role;②Create a condition actively, broaden thechannels of employment, to encourage athletes choose, independent venture;③Targeted to increase female retired professional athletes occupation skill training,promote female retired professional athletes to diversified development;④to becomeperfectly for professional athletes in Gansu province of the social security system,establish the employment training center, and to become perfectly monetarycompensation policy, according to the different situation of athletes give differentcompensation. Change the single rely on government funding situation, facing thesociety, to broaden the financing channels and job placement;⑤To strengthencooperation with the Department of education, to ensure the quality of the athleteculture education, encourage retired athletes continue to enter the universities;⑥Strengthen the athlete cross special, professional skills, improve the athlete learningprofessional skills, improve the obvious contradiction between learning and trainingproblems;⑦Transformation of athletes and coaches pipe management re employmentof retired athletes to create a good atmosphere, so as to achieve the promotion ofGansu Province female retired professional athletes employment Actively participate in female athletes in sports play an extremely important role,not only to promote women’s sustainable development in competitive sports, but alsochange the traditional social prejudices against women, promoting the reasonableemployment of Gansu Province female retired athletes and the athletes and stabledevelopment, to improve the development of Gansu sports, there is of greatersignificance to promote the progress of human civilization。...
