In this paper, the author conducts a comprehensive survey and analysis on the Mongolian teaching situation for the national primary and secondary school that teach in Chinese, in Hohhot by interviewing, questionnaires, lectures, and the side observation. The paper consists of six parts; that is Introduction, Chapter I, Chapter II, Chapter III, Chapter IV, the conclusion.The Introduction includes the following parts; such as the interpretation of the subject, review of the research, the research purpose, research methods, survey points, and the investigation process.Chapter I list the corresponding policy document about increasing the Mongolian teaching since the founding firstly, and then shows Mongolian teaching situation for the national primary and secondary school that teach in Chinese, in Hohhot in the form of tabular.Chapter II, According to the contents of survey, from the view of teacher’s teaching and students’study, the author analyze on the current Mongolian teaching situation for the national primary and secondary school that teach in Chinese, in Hohhot.Chapter III, according to result of survey, the author put forward the problems that exist in Mongolian teaching for the national primary and secondary school that teach in Chinese, in Hohhot. And have summed up why the problems came out and the given the main factors from the policies, social, school, teachers, students and parents.Chapter IV, the author give the handling method and proposal for problems that exist in Mongolian teaching for the national primary and secondary school that teach in Chinese, in Hohhot. The author proposes to improve policies, the implementation of the policy, the construction of teachers’team, teaching methods and teaching materials.The conclusion, the author sums up the research in the whole text.
