With the rapid development of rural economy, the requirement of innovative talent is getting more and more. Rural vocational school acts as the main bearing to provide talent guarantee for rural areas, there is a far way to go in business-pioneering education and innovative talent training.This study is regarding Hunan rural vocational school as the research object, desiring to see a big way by slightly and from point to surface, with entrepreneurship education as the research content, respectively from the students, and the government, the teachers and school administrators and multidimensional analysis, based on the existing literature, works and made a survey about the present situation of four rural vocational schools’entrepreneurship education, the author found that there are many problems in Hunan’s entrepreneurship education of rural vocational schools:the government and school pay insufficient attention to, schools do not form a good investment atmosphere, entrepreneurial faculty quality is not high, entrepreneurship practice ability is insufficient, the teaching pattern is too single, teaching model can not adapt to the needs of students’and rural development, the evaluation system of entrepreneurship education is not perfect, it lacks of interaction and cooperation with the rural areas and a series of other problems. For these, The author thinks that the rural vocational school education, we must first strengthen the understanding of the entrepreneurship education and recognize its importance, necessity and feasibility; the second is to build a good entrepreneurial culture atmosphere, strengthen the interaction; The third is to set up scientific reasonable curriculum system, and pay attention to the importance of the course; The fourth is to enrich teaching model and method; The fifth is to improve the construction of high quality teachers; The sixth is to perfect the construction of rural vocational school education evaluation system; Finally is to establish entrepreneurship practice base in rural areas,then to make double-win come true in rural development.
