Community Work Perspective In Love In A Marriage Relationship Service Intervention Study

The family is love and marriage business relationship with the cell of society, A disintegration of the family may often be the couple, especially a significant impact on the healthy growth of children in the divorce rate is so high now, we need to take a hard look at relations between the sexes: Marriage is not just two people, marriage is not just a ceremony, contemporary young people is often a lack of serious scrutiny of the issue, whether it is from the mate, or the operation of the bilateral relations, as well as the handling of the crisis is the lack of appropriate support system, Community workers less reflection from the whole of the problem, often only the "conflict mediation" as the work front and take preventive measures. In this article, I combine my experience to introduction of community relations between the sexes in love and marriage, to explore more effective ways for community work.Community workers less reflection from the whole of the problem, through interview why the researchers experienced emotional or marital frustration in this process, which the concept of work, behavior in these ideas or to deal with things on their lives, defeat led to them how to face the next life. Through interviews with the community as grass-roots organizations, master community workers how to look at marriage and the family to discuss the current people based on what criteria to choose a spouse, what kind of attitude towards marriage, a marriage crisis or even divorce, and to understand the community in previous work, in the face of the contradictions of gender relations in love and marriage, and even the crisis intervention methods.In this paper, qualitative research methods, involving sociology, psychology and related content, trying to analyze both macro and micro aspects, I hope to provide theoretical support and the feasibility of practical reference for community work involved in love and marriage sexual relations.
