The problem of poverty has been recognized as one of the world’s serious social problems for the social instability. Poverty not only refers to the lack of resources of life, but also accompanied by social isolation and inter-generational poverty. Therefore, it will have a certain impact on person, family, society or even government policy. Poverty in the intergenerational transmission aroused more and more attentions of researchers in recent years, It does not only related to a family of long-term development but also reveals the obstacles of a social system and social equity issues. With in-depth and expand study of the problem of poverty, The living conditions of poor family’s children has gradually become one of the focus among academics and social attentions. For those born after the reform and opening up, Growing up in the social transformation of China’s contemporary youth, their living conditions are also a hot topic in our reality. This paper surveys and interviews200embarked on jobs and from poor families who were born in1980-1989youth groups, By analyzing their living conditions and compare with the peer group, using the life course theory to explore the impact of family poverty on children of the living conditions, then shows the poverty in our country in this group who did get a continuation to a certain extent. This is a problem that should be of concern, because it is related to the sense of a group of social equity, related to the dignity and happiness of their lives, and relates to the society can achieve a reasonable flow. In view of the impact of poverty in the intergenerational transmission, school, society and government must work together to carry out their duties, to take appropriate measures to control the negative impact to a minimum. As individuals, to improve their own living conditions, being are supposed to holding a balanced mentality, changing values, to face life positively, holding the spirit of optimism, with strong determination of the character, constantly ahead, are the good recipe for changing the fate of this generation and even the next generation.
