Education Of High School Career Development In China

The development of human life has many stages. There are two very importantstages, the growth stage and the exploration stage, which are periods of individuals toreceive education in schools. High school students are in this period. They concernthose developmental problems that who he is, which kind of people they can be andhow to become the ideal kind of people in the future. How to meet students’ careerdevelopment needs, how to guide students to better plan their own developmentbecome an important subject about our high school education. I want to know thecurrent situation of China’s high school career development education throughtheoretical analysis and field survey, and then I give measures about China’s highschool career development education.This paper is divided into five chapters:The first chapter is introduction: Mainly described the origin, significance,research status, and research ideas and methods in this study.The second chapter is career development education overview: The main is tointroduce the career development of education-related concepts as well as domesticand international career development education to carry out situation.The third chapter is the theoretical basis of career development education. Thischapter focuses on the career development of education to carry out the theoreticalbasis.The fourth chapter is career development education survey. Field survey by theShanghai high school students and teachers to know the current situation andproblems of the high school career education, provide a realistic basis for careerdevelopment education in high school, the implementation of measures.The fifth chapter is based on field research, the implementation of the careerdevelopment education measures for the problems in the reproductive development ofeducation in China.
