Before a new round of reform of basic education, to developstudents language ability has been the top priority of the languagegoals of education.after the reform, language education goals tend todevelop students language literacy, focusing on the accumulation oflanguage, perception and use of the focus on language basic skillstraining, to lay a solid foundation for the development of studentslanguage proficiency. Since then, it is proposed to change the pastrote, mechanical training, special emphasis on inquiry-based learning.There is no doubt that the new curriculum to conform to the trend ofsocial development, and highlight the humane care of new teachingideas. But after the reform of the curriculum standards also to thelanguage education of confusion. Since the date of the language toestablish independent Division, has been the word "training" in thesyllabus issued by the official, but in the vigorous development of basiceducation reform gradually fade from view. This change also had beena misunderstanding of language training.Look at language training based on the perspective ofdevelopment, study the meaning of the word "training" from the tools oflanguage subjects and the humanities, drawing the important thinkingof the traditional language education in ancient China more thanreading and writing, trying to find the basis for this stage to promote thefocus on language training. At the same time, lack of training in thecontext of the new curriculum, humanism flooding language lessongradually lost its essence, to promote the focus on language training.Look a hundred years of language training ideas development process,pointing out that errors exist in the language training-the practice ofmechanical and pure language training at the same time, combinedwith the requirements of the times, re-definition of the language training, giving language training in the new era should have connotations thatlanguage training is under the guidance of teachers, the systematiclanguage learning activities in this activity, students with the text,language and thinking of training to master the use of language ability,thereby improving their language literacy. The training process is notjust the knowledge of languages, to improve the process of languageproficiency, and to enhance the level of thinking, access to emotionalexperience, the process of thinking of baptism. Finally, try to proposespecific implementation strategies to achieve the rational regression oflanguage training in order to improve students language literacythrough scientific and rational training.
