Improve the ideological and political level of the college students and young people, the CPC Central Committee and State Council in2004awarded on Further Strengthening and Improving Ideological and Political Education,"and the" CPC Central Committee and State Council to further strengthen and improve ideological and moral constructionnumber of opinions ", followed by the Ministry of Education in2005issued by the Ministry of Education on the overall planning of medium and small moral education system," and "views on further Strengthening and Improving ideological and theory courses. This provides a theoretical guidance for us to study the problem of ideological and political education. How to implement the new program through the ideological and political education to the students’ ideological and political level to be increased, and received good results, we need to strengthen ideological and political education of university and high school effective study of the problem of convergence.This paper begins with the concept of ideological and political education, the stage of ideological and political education of convergence and coherence of the characteristics described, that the ideological and political education of university and high school is a reasonable convergence is to improve the students’ ideological and moral standards, to achieve the ideological and political the requirements of the educational goals. Based on the above basic theory, the paper first introduces several major problems that exist in the convergence of university and high school ideological and political education, including:the ideological and political education curriculum unreasonable and poorly; ideological and political education repetitive, unrealistic; ideological and political education goals single and unscientific. On the basis of the analysis in the current situation, the paper argues that the main reason for the interface between university and high school ideological and political education, the existing curriculum own reasons, reasons of the education system, as well as the reasons of the students themselves.Accordingly, the paper argues that a reasonable effective interface between the university and high school ideological and political education, can proceed from the following aspects:the establishment of long-term effective mechanism of communication; set a reasonable scientific theory courses; the docking of the research activities; the implementation of the convergence of the aims of education.
