The National Defense Education In Colleges And Universities Carrier Selection And Use

The application of education carrier has a direct impact on the effectiveness and efficiency of national defense education process. Therefore, the study of selection and application of college national defense carrier has important practical and theoretical values. This paper contains new understandings of education carrier based on the analysis of ideological and political education. It shows that education carrier can reflect elements or elements systems with educational function. Meanwhile, the meanings, types, characteristics and functions of national defense education carriers are further explained. Education carriers of national defense education can be divided into physical education carrier and cultural education carrier. In addition, this paper summarizes and analyzes the selection and application of college national defense carrier in some major capitalist and socialist countries through research, historical analysis, and comparative research methods, and proposes four basic principles, namely, the unifying principle of military and civilian qualities, the principle of combination of weapons and souls and the principle of combination of actions and spirits as well as the principle of combination of peacetime and wartime. This paper explores three methods of selection and application of college national defense carrier on the basis of the status quo of the selection and application of college national defense carrier in China, that is, the integration of national defense and college moral education requirements, the enhancement of the cognitive and passionate functions of college national defense educational and cultural carrier, the improvement of awareness and behaviors of college national defense education materialized carrier.
