The student need is an unbalanced state of which refers to students’ expectations for knowledge, interpersonal relationship, academic achievement, ownership in the classroom. And teacher’ concern is that the care and attention of teachers to these needs of the students.In-depth analysis of the level of teacher’ concern, we will reveal the type and level of the actual needs of the junior secondary students in the classroom, and also study teacher’concern which is conducive to classroom reform and promote the ecological classroom.In this study, we select two secondary schools of Tianjin as the sample, which is100people of each school, among them first, second and third grade about33students are randomly selected. In this study, literature review, and questionnaires are adopted. The reliability of the questionnaire is0.932in Cranach’s a method, and split-half reliability is0.886, which show the entire questionnaire is dependable.After investigation we found that:First of all, students’ needs are diverse, and there are four different levels of demand:the demand for strong advantage, advantage needs, secondary needs and general needs, knowledge needs the strong advantage of the demand for junior secondary students.Next, students’ needs there are differences in demographic variables, such as the school, grade and gender. In addition there are also differences between the student leaders and the ordinary students.Finally, the consistency of teachers’ concerns and needs of students in Tianjin junior high school is at the middle level, but the inter-school differences still exist, the consistency of the key schools is significantly higher than the consistency of the ordinary school.Therefore, we suggest:Firstly, we should adopt differential methods to concern students’ classroom needs, pay attention to the differences of the students’needs between male and female, concern about the grade differences in student needs, and value the classroom needs of the different roles students.Secondly, the teachers should upgrade their level of concern. Using chat, jobs, questionnaires, and others quoted, observe the detailed analysis of the content and level of students’ needs, the teacher can solve the problem. Add, teachers need to continue to deepen their own ability, learn psychology, management books, which can enhance their understanding at the theoretical level.Thirdly, as school administrators should create a good school spirit style of study, to shape the school culture, and continue to encourage teachers to continue their studies, with undertaking appropriate teacher training, experience sharing activities, to enhance teachers’ ability.
