The basic structure is as follows.The first chapter is the introduction part. In this part mainly introduces the researchbackground, research status at home and abroad, and then discuss the research ideas,research methods and innovation.The second chapter will card the basic theory and concept, and briefly introduce thecompulsory education development course. Secondly demonstration on the compulsoryeducation public product attributes the compulsory education development and thecharacteristics of policy demand for interpretation.In the third chapter, mainly discusses the achievements and problems of Shangri-LaCounty compulsory education based on in-depth investigation and analysis. Although thecounty compulsory education have a certain degree of development thanks to thedevelopment of economy as well as the support of national policy, but still exists a seriesproblems such as the economic imbalance of the investment, infrastructure construction is not balanced, the imbalanced allocation of teachers, teaching quality.The fourth chapter mainly analysis specific reasons that make the compulsoryeducation unbalanced development of Shangri-La County.
