Teachers’ Cultural Role To Play On The Middle Students’ Moral Development

In the cultural field of vision, the teacher is not only professionals with the knowledge, professional skills and professional spirit, but also envoys bearing the culture and carrying forward the culture. The culture role of the teacher plays the significant impact on teachers’ education. Especially the current Chinese is under a great era, the rapid development of science and technology and the rapid development of global economy make multicultural collision and blending becoming an irreversible trend. The development of diversified culture prompted the pluralistic value, the development of culture and ideas collision asks teachers to convert the role. From the view of culture, teacher culture connotation and the impact of cultural role on students’ moral growth are discussed in this paper.The different age teacher culture role and its times features are presented from the view of history, based on analyzing the production, tacitness, permeability, demonstratief of teacher culture.
