The moral education in secondary vocational school is the main channel of the moral education in the secondary vocational school,and teacher is the key to improve the quality and level of moral education in secondary vocational school.In the new historical period,the secondary vocational school should build higher quality and new style of the moral education teachers team to enhance the moral education appeal to public.The purpose and effectiveness of the key is to make a new role in moral education.The moral education teachers have to change their role in order to understand and deal with the new meaning and responsibility role in moral education.Therefore,it is particularly important to explore the role of moral education teacher in secondary vocational schools.This paper is based on the theory of role,the role of teachers and the teaching of moral education.The role of moral education teachers in secondary vocational schools is studied.The role of moral education teachers in the teaching and school context is analyzed,and the countermeasures to promote the role of the teachers in the secondary vocational school are discussed.In the first chapter,this paper discussed the importance role of moral education teacher in secondary vocational school under the background of moral education reform in secondary vocational school.The related literatures are reviewed.In the second chapter,the core concepts and theories are discussed.In the third chapter,basing on the theory of teacher’s role and according to the goal of moral education and the teaching content of new curriculum reform of the secondary vocational moral education,this paper discusses the new role of teachers in moral education and the factors that affect the role change of moral education teachers in secondary vocational school.In the fourth chapter,we choose Tianjin First Business School as the case and study the role affections and problems of role transformation of moral education teachers by the interview and case analysis.Finally,we put forward some suggestions which from the state,schools,teachers,education and teaching and society to promote the role functions of moral education teachers in the secondary vocational moral education.
