This research around curriculum leadership, using case study into the Kindergarten A, adopting interview method as well as physical collection method, deeply analyses how the curriculum leaders use kinds of tragedy to advance the development of curriculum.This research finds that applying curriculum leadership strategy is situational. Curriculum leaders in Kindergarten A tend to use different methods to conquer difficulties in different situations. According to four stages of curriculum development, the study summarizes curriculum leadership strategy as:dealing with the risk of curriculum by empowerment and trial, overcoming fund shortage by broadening sources of income and reducing expenditure in vision stage; constructing team of curriculum development based on one’s needs, uniting thoughts among members and eliminating disagreement through authoritative role in design stage; stimulating teachers’internal motivation, arousing enthusiasm of curriculum development through a variety of incentives, transferring curriculum in demonstration lessons in implementing stage; assuring assessment won’t hurt teachers’enthusiasm and improving the curriculum guided by balance principle.Based on these mentioned above, the study analyzes factors impacting the curriculum leadership according to concrete context in kindergarten A and the relative theory of ecology of education. Factors are kindergarten leader personal factors, kindergarten internal factors and kindergarten external factors. Kindergarten leaders have influences on the whole process of curriculum development. Concepts of curriculum of kindergarten leaders impact the results and assess approach of curriculum leading. And the leading style of kindergarten leader affects the atmosphere of curriculum development. The occurrence of curriculum leading behavior is determined by the organization of kindergarten in some degree and organization settings affect the cooperation approach among curriculum leaders. The attitude of kindergarten higher authority impacts the enthusiasm and possibility of curriculum leadership. At the same time, excellent kindergarten leaders’ behavior can provide reference for other curriculum leaders.Finally, based on impacting factors, the research provides four suggestions for effective curriculum leadership:enhancing the knowledge and literacy of kindergarten leaders by training and self-studying; changing internal environmental of curriculum leadership through the establishment of free and equal curriculum leadership culture; improving external environmental of curriculum by communicating with higher authority and parents.
