Research On Occupation Career Management Of SYLG Independent Institute Teachers

With the progress of our society,the development of Private Independent Institutehas caused much more attention from the public.In order to expand higher educationresources,Independent Institute has developed rapidly with the encouragement ofnational relevant policies.The emergence and the development of Independent Institutenot only contributed higher education opportunities to the general population,but it hasalso become a new bright spot in China’s higher education development.IndependentInstitute will become an important move to ensure sustained and healthy developmentof China’s higher education in the future.During the ten years,SYLG independentinstitute as one of them has developed rapidly,it has made remarkable achievements onboth running hardware and the construction of teaching staff,But it still faces majorissues in the management and development of tethers’ occupational career.The topic takes SYLG independent institute as the research object;it mainly studiedthe problems of independent institute in the aspect of teacher occupational careermanagement.This thesis has combed and summarized the results and theories of theteacher occupational career planning and management excising in our institutes anduniversities first.Then it designed the questionnaires for teacher occupational careermanagement of SYLG independent institute. Surveyed and interviewed schoolmanagers and teachers aiming at the problems to teacher occupational careermanagement of SYLG independent institute; collated and analyzed the investigationdata;and understood the current situation and problems needed to resolve in the aspectof teachers’ career management;Finally.it targeted problemsolving strategies andfeasible security system through studied and referenced the advanced experiences in thisfield domestic and foreign.
