Study On Infiltrating Moral Education In Colleges And Universities

Just as infiltration is the evolution law of the nature and the human society, advance of educational thinking should follow the objective law that thinking germination needs infiltration. Facing the new features of ideological and political education in the contemporary universities, the traditional simplex indoctrination shows some shortcomings which affect the effectiveness of moral education in universities. In order to strengthen and improve ideological and political education work, we can use the infiltrating moral education. It is the embodiment of inherent law in ideological and political education, accepted by students with pleasure and has a far-reaching impact. Mainly through exploring the base of infiltrating moral education theory, this article analyses the new environment of ideological and political education under the new situation and the current situation of the efficiency of ideological and moral education needing to be improved. It analyses the effect reasons of the traditional ideological and political education, raises the reasons why we should pay attention to infiltrating moral education in Colleges and Universities. Through the analysis characteristics of infiltrating education, we draw a unique advantage of infiltrating education. We research the practice of infiltrating education theory used in the moral education of universities, and induce the way to implement infiltrating education. We propose the form of innovation and the direction of development of infiltrating education, hope to play a useful complementary role for moral education in universities from two aspects of theory and practice.
