The Study On The Establishment Of Modern University System

Exploration of the establishment of Chinese modem university system research is an important educational reform task of the" national medium and long-term educational reform program compendium" putting forward. The thesis described in the system the theories and concepts of the modern university system to explore the practical problems of the modern university system. In the research of the modern university system’s establishment, the author adopts a variety of research methods, including documentary research, the history of logical analysis, problem-oriented empirical research method and so on. This paper is devoted to the development of modern university system in China on the thorough analysis, put before the founding of new China and after the founding of the nation as a whole to look upon, hold university institutional continuity and continuity as well as their own evolution and do systematic analysis of our country modern university system to lay the foundation. Through the existing documents and analysis and its related factors were analyzed, this article is pointed out that our country present university system existence question mainly has three aspects:Government super control, excessive intervention of society and the internal management of universities. Finally, the author proposes the five countermeasures relating to the improvement of the modern university system’s establishment:1. insist on and perfect the principal accountability system under the leadership of the Party committee.2. explore effective ways of Professor scholarship actively.3. deepen democratic management.4. perfect school board system.5. promote the University Statutes construction steadily. So that the thesis could be of some reference value for the reform of the modern university system.
