In above conditions, the Nanjing national government in order to effectively deal with the western boundary crisis, to strengthen the control of Qinghai, speed up the pace of development of the west, formally decided to establish Qinghai province on1January1929.Since then, there were strong powers which not only effectively curb the pro-British government forces in Tibet to the penetration of Qinghai, but also hold the tendency of separation and the sovereignty of the state. Qinghai got positive changes about social development by the establishment of Qinghai Province, especially have big effect on education development.
