| Abstract:Since the Eleventh Five Ministry of Education and Ministry of Finance launched the plan of improving teachers’quality of secondary vocational school, Sichuan Provincial Department of Education also actively implemented training plan of secondary vocational school teachers. Through secondary vocational backbone teacher training of recent six years, secondary vocational backbone teachers’quality has been greatly improved, but secondary vocational backbone teacher training is short and have not yet ripe for development, there are some problems in process of training, such as content of impractical teacher training, single training form, unreasonable training schedule and so on. Training form is the key link of putting theory into practice, and largely impact on training effect. Therefore, it is meaningful to study training form of secondary vocational backbone teachers. Taking180backbone teachers of vocational schools in Sichuan Province as a subject, this thesis uses the survey of questionnaires and interview and analyzes training form of Sichuan Province secondary vocational backbone teachers and find out problems, combined the characteristics of secondary vocational backbone teachers, there are some constructive suggestions for improving strategy of training form of secondary vocational backbone teacher to provide a reference for the Sichuan Province secondary vocational backbone teacher training. The thesis divides four parts.Chapter one is an introduction that describes the research background, the purpose of the study, the significance of the study and research methods, and Study on training form of secondary vocational backbone teachers based on foreign and domestic documents has great significance.Chapter two is the brief Introduction of training form of secondary vocational backbone teachers. Firstly, characteristics of secondary vocational backbone teachers is introduced. Secondly, the paper defines the concepts of secondary vocational, secondary vocational backbone teachers, training and form. Lastly, the major training form of secondary vocational backbone teachers is introduced.Chapter three is an investigation and analysis on training form of Sichuan Province secondary vocational backbone teacher. Based on investigation, there are some problems on training form of Sichuan Province secondary vocational backbone teachers, such as single training form, bases of training have been not obvious effect, actual effect of enterprise practice is bad, cooperation between colleges and enterprises become a mere formality and lacking modernized training form.Chapter four is the countermeasures and suggestions. In regard to above problems, according approaches to solve problems are put forward, such as offering a variety of training means, enhancing bases of training, improving actual effect of enterprise practice, enhancing university-enterprise cooperation and proactively popularizing network training. |
