With the advance of education reform, the scale of higher education graduates is rapidly expanding, and Graduates Employment has become a prominent social problems. The secondary vocational school students in a weak position in the job market, the employment situation is even more grim. How to deal with the opportunities and challenges to improve the employability and competitiveness of the vocational students, vocational schools are the primary problem, which The issue has attracted extensive attention from researchers, has published a number of related research. An important feature of vocational education is a strong regional identity, whether students or graduates in the job market by the regions in which the political, economic, and cultural influences. Sichuan is a less developed regions, is the most populated province, is not rich in educational resources, the development of vocational education in Sichuan socio-economic and cultural development of great significance, but the researchers perspective as from the regional characteristics of Sichuan post the outcome of the employment problem in schools is not. Therefore, this thesis to a secondary vocational school in Chengdu, Sichuan Province as a case study in secondary vocational school students Employment Factors, there are strong practical significance. In accordance with the principle of access and the typical principles, this paper chose Chengdu Wuhou high-tech vocational and technical schools for the study. In the preparatory phase of the thesis, by means of interviews, observations, the factors that affect the employment of university graduates, family background is the most significant a factor in the school Home-School Co-operation and to guide in distinguishing between different family background of students employment and other aspects of the lack of appropriate strategies. Therefore, the contraction gradually will the investigation of the factors of the employment impact of the secondary vocational school students to the impact of family background on graduate employment.Finally, we have a wide range of interviews and a large sample survey of family background on children attending vocational schools will have a significant impact on school academic achievement, employment expectations. Depth analysis of how family background affects student academic achievement and employment expectations, the paper reached the following conclusions:First, the need to examine the family background of the intention to students in secondary vocational schools in formulating enrollment strategy. Students family background, to take a targeted enrollment publicity, to expand the students as much as possible, and to lay the foundation for the Home-School Co-operation.Second, vocational schools must strengthen home-school communication with parents to improve students’ motivation to learn in school, reduce the loss of students, improve students’academic performance, and through communication with parents to help students to better carry out the career planning.Three vocational schools, career guidance needs more consideration to students’ family background, on the one hand, better development and utilization of the resources of the students’ families, raising the employment rate; the other hand, is to come up with effective employment guidance for different family circumstances.Short, vocational schools to solve the employment problem of the good student, are inseparable from all aspects of the enrollment, education, teaching, employment guidance on the analysis of students’ family background, the need to strengthen effective home-school co-operation.
