Research On Family Background And School Performance Impact On The Individual Employment Situation Of Graduates Direction Of Taekwondo

In recent years,Chinese society has gradually developed towards diversification,and the social demand for sports talents continues to increase.At the same time,it also puts forward higher requirements for the quality of sports talents.As an important part of the major of sports colleges and universities,taekwondo is also deepening the training of Taekwondo special undergraduates.Taekwondo is a sport of fighting and confrontation.In addition to physical fitness,its biggest feature lies in the cultivation of personal cultural connotation.In the university stage,the cultivation of the school plays an important role in the personal development of Taekwondo special undergraduate students,but the factors affecting the personal development of Taekwondo special undergraduate students are not only the cultivation mode of the school,but also its own factors,Such as family background and school performance,therefore,it is of great significance to study the personal development of Taekwondo undergraduates by analyzing their family background and school performance.This paper will rely on Blau Duncan’s model of giving first and then giving,and obtaining professional status.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and interview,this paper will study the graduates of the 15th-19 th Taekwondo undergraduate program of Capital Institute of physical education,Through the analysis of the relationship between the antecedent factors represented by family background and the subsequent factors represented by school performance and the personal development of graduates,the following conclusions are obtained:1.Family background and school performance together influence the personal development of graduates,and school performance has a greater influence.The education level of parents,the average monthly income of family per capita and whether or not they have served as student cadres,internship experience,academic achievements and competition awards in the family background have significant positive effects on the personal development of graduates.2.There is an interaction between family background and school performance on the personal development of graduates,the average monthly income of the family and the educational level of the parents affect the personal development of the graduates through their internship,student cadre experience and academic achievements,you can promote your personal development by improving your performance in school.3.Internships are an important factor in personal development.4.The post-factors have a far-reaching influence on the personal development of taekwondo undergraduates.The cultural connotation of taekwondo promotes the overall quality of taekwondo undergraduates.
